When I placed the order it said the 40% off for the black Friday add had been applied . But the order confirmation said I had been charged the full $98 dollars. The add was still up a week later. I sent several emails but never got a response. I'm considering just returning the order and going to desert book. I love the nativity and temple I previously got from you but the customer service this time has been disappointing. Still 3 stars because I love your products

Accidentally ordered the wrong set. I sent an email asking for return or exchange policy. Nobody reached out. I sent a follow up and a text on Instagram and got left on “read.”
