Never opened the box, by the time it got here it was of no use anymore. Tried several times to contact them to find out if they were shipping. Never heard a word from them except for this survey. I noticed that a lot of their 1 star reviews was lack of a response when asking where their order was. Lesson learned would have been to see their reviews before ordering.
Can't figure out how to get support. There is no shipping information. The bot says it's delivered but j haven't gotten it.
This took way too long to arrive. Shipping should be included when waiting over a month for a manufactured item.
I ordered it on Jan 17th for my wife's birthday on the 25th. A week after her birthday had passed I still didn't have it. I sent an email inquiry. A week after no response to that I sent another inquiry using the website chat bot. I got a response: "we'll look into it." When no response came several days later I went on the FB page and posted how bad my experience was. That finally got action. It was shipped and arrived a full month from the initial order date. It seems action is only spurred when there was direct, public bad press. When it arrived it was great, exactly what I wanted it to be, but getting it was far more difficult that it should have been.
