relaxing

My daughter and I worked together and really enjoyed it. The finished temple looked amazing and it looked just like I remembered it.

Not complete

The temple I recieved back in September didn't have all the pieces. It was put aside for a while waiting for the new pieces to arrive. When my son finally got back to it there were more pieces missing. They sent a whole new temple set, but we haven't had time to get to it yet.

It is a gift so it hasn’t been opened yet; however. I believe you offered it for 78.09!0n a cyber sale. Can you give me another credit so I can get it for that price? Thanks.

Great quality with great detail

As everyone knows that has ever seen the DC Temple, it is very unique, beautiful, breathtaking.....well you get the picture (lol) and distinct in its appearance. I was worried that that uniqueness would not come through. Worry no more, that distinct, amazing beauty is captured in the child's model with great detail.
I have not opened our box yet as this is a Christmas gift to our 13yr old daughter, but was just recently (2days ago) at the DC Temple where we also visited the LDS bookstore where they have this very model assembled in a glass enclosure so I was able to see it up close and personal and it did not disappoint.

A small connection to home

We sent one to our missionary and kept one at home. As we listened and built at home it was fun to know he would be able to do the same. We're hoping the Philadelphia temple (that's his mission) can be the next set so next conference we can build that together.
