The temple is wonderful. But getting support is not. One of the pieces was wrong and they never responded

Although they haven’t been built yet, I am certain they will be well received. They will be gifts for the Valiant class I teach.
Honestly not sure what all the stuff that was sent to me all I did was ordered one piece to put on the recent temple I completed and I do have e to say shipping was quick and got what I ordered but then a bunch of extra useless items came with it with no explanation of what it was for or why. Received a bag that just said like bonus and it was a bunch of white smooth bricks in different sizes with no explanation what they were or the use for them. Not helpful at all. Just felt like they found extra things lying around and said “hey let’s just throw them in this package”. How about giving some context of what they are and what can be used for instead of throwing things in packages to just throw them in? Waste of total time and money. Just ended up throwing it all in the garbage since no instructions came with it. And none of it was appropriate to put on the temple build either.
